Activities

CICS is an ecumenical christian charity. It provides workers who offer help to schools in delivering assemblies, RE lessons etc, and who also support lunchtime Christian activities.CICS provides managerial support, training and resources for the workers, and encourages greater concern by Christians in their local schools, building up a pool of volunteers.

Objects: (A) To Advance The Christian Faith In Accordance With The Statement Of Beliefs Appearing In The Schedule Hereto Particularly But Not Exclusively Amongst Children And Young People In The Schools, Colleges And Other Educational Establishments In Calderdale West Yorkshire And Elsewhere As The Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit.(b) To Advance Education In Accordance With Christian Principles In The Said Locality And Elsewhere As The Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit.
