Shekinah incorporated on 5 March 2003 as a tharitable company limiled by guarantee and was registered as a Charity on 8 May 21x13. It is governed by Ath'cles of AsscKiath)n, bthich were last amended in September 2021. The Company is limited by guarantee and has no share caiylal.
