Relief of poverty for low paid employees by providing Employment Rights advice to worker and employers, particularly in the voluntary sector.We provide training in Employment Rights and Human Resources to voluntary sector organisations and advice agencies, promoting good non discriminatory practice in contracts and policies.We provide training to home workers and potential home workers.
Objects: (a) The Relief Of Poverty And Hardship, In Particular Poverty Caused By Low Pay;(b) The Elimination Of Discrimination And The Promotion Of Equality Of Opportunity, Particularly In Employment;(c) The Advancement Of Education;(d) The Relief Of Unemployment For The Public Benefit In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment.
