DUE lo his vision 8nd persuasive lobbying of fellow Trustees, the Gallery v8nlually came into being. NorTnan resigned from thE Chairmanship of the Trust in November 2013. At Ihat point the Trusteès derided to pay tribute to his indefatigable support of the Trust over many y68rs of valued Chairmanship by r8namlng th• Gallery as the Norman Plastow GaN8ry, as a tribute Charoas for renting the Gallery are nomiral il 1$ run by the Trust as a non-yofit activity. Work was finally finished in November 2025.
