Also any matters arfsing with regards to staff. The Meetings are hosted by the Chairnian and will always indude a Treasurerfs Report and a 5uperfntendenY5 report. Meetlr*s will also dlxuss and address any issues that May have arisen since the last formal meeting. Including Such matters as fabrlc and or maintenance issues. In addition the Chairman andlor the Treawrer will vlslt the Pre Sthool at the church at least once a week to maintain good liaison between the Staff and Trustees. Section C Objectfves of the Charity Whilst the Pre <•01 started Ilfe as a Play8mp for mothers artd their young preschool children, It evolved into a Pre School as recognised in its constitution of 21x13 when it became a charity in its own right. One of the foundations of Playwell's success Is the very small turnover of 5tsff, exemplif5ed this year by the retirement of W•cki after 25 years of faithful seNice. We are COftS¢ious of those with Special Needs and we now have 2 members of staff eath worklng one on one wrth a particular child. The Frlendship Centre which is adjacent to the Preschool holds a weekly luThch dub for pensioner& At Christmas time the thildren entertained the pensioners with carols and also some of the famlllar favryjrites Ilke -when Santa got stuck up the chimney . whith always rolls back the years for senior citizens! Fine weather allowed us to take the children to nearby Eltham Park and feed the ducks lalways a popular time for yountyers) a1 climb trees lj.ust the very small trees). Various theme5 were explored durint the year. FirewoTk nlght was celebrated in paintlngs and drnwin8s. Chinese New Year and Divali too were observed. Chan8es in Society aTh$ that Pkywell contlnues to entertain Chiklren with special needs who require l on l attention. Christmas time saw the children performlng their tradltlonal Nativity Play. which is always well attefKled giving many parents and carers the opportunity to remember their own perfommnces in day5 of old. The Christmas Party and the arrival of Father Christmas brought the year to a festive and happy conclusion. Muth work was undertaken in the holldays to improve some of the fabric of our buildlng. new toilets. toilet doors aftd an extra¢<or fan, being Just Some of the work ndertaken.
