Activities
Totally voluntary organisation. Teaching water awareness and safety to the public (all ages). Running Life Saving Courses in schools for pupils, teachers and parents alike. Periodically patrolling local rivers to assist river users as required. Giving Water Safety Cover to local events eg: Triathlons, Raft Races, Boating events. Providing national rescue to flooding incidents.
Objects: Hertfordshire Boat Rescue Is Established For The Public Benefit For The Preservation And Saving Of Life On The Waterways Within Hertfordshire By The Provision Of Boat Rescue Service And By Advancing The Education Of The Public In Matters Relating To Water Safety.
