Molvi Ebrahim Mulla Foundation Charit No. 1096887 Com No. 4413753 an Company Limited by Guarantee and Not having Share Capital The trustee have pleasure in submitting their report for the period ended 31 March 2024 The company was incorporated on 10 April 2002 l) Activities-throughout the period, has been that to help and maintain healthy environment in India by way of assisting hospital and donating charities to help needy people requiring hospitalisation and medical treatment. 21 Donations- were received from the people living in Europe and charities in the UK. A total sum of £637,292 was received. The sum of £489,728 was sent to Molvi Ebrahim Mulla Foundation Hospltal & others in India. 31 The directors throughout the period were: Mr Yusuf Teladia; Mr Abdul Kadir Rawat,. Mr Abdul Samad Jabbar; Mr Mohmed Patel; Mr Rashid Ahmed Ebrahim Mulla; Mr Suleman Ebrahim Mulla; Mr Abdur Rahim Mulla 41 The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records of every transaction of receipts and expenditure, that it gives a true and fair view of the company with reasonable accuracy. The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the finance statements and as the company is exempt from an audit, it complies with the requirement of the special provisions of part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
