The trustee have pleasure in submitting their report for the period ended 31 March 2024
The company was incorporated on 10 April 2002
l) Activities-throughout the period, has been that to help and maintain healthy
environment in India by way of assisting hospital and donating charities to
help needy people requiring hospitalisation and medical treatment.
21 Donations- were received from the people living in Europe and charities
in the UK. A total sum of £637,292 was received. The sum of £489,728 was
sent to Molvi Ebrahim Mulla Foundation Hospltal & others in India.
31 The directors throughout the period were:

41 The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records of every
transaction of receipts and expenditure, that it gives a true and fair view of the
company with reasonable accuracy. The trustees are responsible for the
preparation of the finance statements and as the company is exempt from an
audit, it complies with the requirement of the special provisions of part 15 of
the Companies Act 2006.

For the year ending 31 March 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under
section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476
of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibility for complying with the requirements of the Act
with respect to accounting records and for the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies
Subject to the small companies regime.

c) Taxation, no provision is required, Being Charity it is exempt from
Taxation in the UK
d) The Freehold property 73 Geere Road, London, E15 3PP,
shown in the balance sheet at cost. It may have value of £500,0￿ at present so
it has not been depreciated. It is held in the company name.
