(Charity Number: 1096809, England). Its aim is to promote
Chinese language and culture to Chinese and Non-Chinese
background children age from 4.5-18.

2) To promote racial harmony and understanding between

competitions organised by UKAPCE and
UKFCS and have won a lot awards
5) 450 students attended Zoom online lessons and
have achieved to the required level.
6) We have been constantly improving our teaching
and have organised in house training for all the
teachers and also encouraging our teachers to
take part in the training organised by UKAPCE
and China Overseas Chinese Education
Funding Organisation.
7) During pandemic and the lockdown period,
LMS has successfully provided online teaching
to more than 450 pupils.

I report to the t rustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the T rust”) for the year ended 31/08/2021. R esponsibilities an d As the charity's t rustees, you a re responsible for the p reparation of basis of r epo r t the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the T rust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable D ri ections given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. In d epen d ent I have completed my examination. I confrm that no material examine r 's matters have come to my attention in connection with the statement examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:  the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; o r  the accounts d d i not accord with the accounting records; o r  the accounts d d i not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘t rue and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
