Part 2 – Strategy

Part 3 – Activities, progress and results

a) Publishing: Distribution of books

By the end of the year, 19,571 (previous: 27,636 32,677, 27,396 , 44,936, 55,630) items had been sold. Payments for these would amount to (previous £15,679 £18,514, £19,808, £25,643, £27,337) when invoices had been paid.

b) Publications

No new books were published but Hungry For More of Jesus, Pilgrim’s Progress and The Calvary Road were reprinted.

d) RHP Ministries

Work continued with Vision Uganda. £1380 was given to help with church construction etc. The Covid-19 pandemic reduced the number of visits that were made but two of the Directors were able to go out doing conferences and working with the young people in Zerubbabel Ministries.

e) Tabernacle Books

Tabernacle Books continued to trade and build up its customer base.

f) The Source

The new printed catalogue had some success and added people to the customer base.

Work was begun on a new printed catalogue to be distributed autumn/winter 2020 with a higher quality print production.

g) Staff

Our shop Manager/Office Manager continued to work for us until August when her contract was terminated.

Part 4 – The future

Rickfords Hill Publishing continues to meet an important need in providing excellent Christian literature at affordable prices and providing assistance to needy Christians in Africa. This should continue.

a) Reprinting

Work should continue on reprinting titles of which we have low stocks. These include some of the Classics. We would look into publishing further books as new ideas for them emerged.

b) Tabernacle Books

Work should continue to make the shop known to local Christians.

c) Uganda

The work in Uganda should expand as opportunities arise.

d) The Source

Work should continue on the new catalogue.

Since Rickfords Hill Publishing Ltd. is a charitable company with a gross income of less than £90,000, an independent examination of accounts was arranged.
