Establish, Or Secure The Establishment Of, A Community Centre (hereinafter Called "the Centre") And To Maintain And Manage The Same (whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects.c.
