Section D Achievements and performance Thi8 year, Avondale Extra, has continued to suptK)rt a number of after- school clubs. These clubs included Sports Clubs such as Football Club. Gardening Club. Art & Craft Club and Guilar Club etc. Avondale Extra also supported the Breakfast and Lunchtime Clubs. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The Charity has also paid for a number of workshops. These workshops indude Yr 3 Taiko Drurnming worksl)op, Yr 5 Portal to the Past workshop, Yr 5 African DrummiThJ worksI￿p. Yr 6 Mayan workshop, Yr 6 Wild Science Animal workshop. Other workshops include a Mini First Aid vKwkshop for Yr 4 and Yr 6 and a Safer Internet Day for Yr 1 to Yr 6. There was no schcL)I residential in the summer temi 2021 due to Covid and the Yr 6 children went on a trip to Chessington inst8ad. The Charity contirwed to fund a number of school trips. These include Yr 1 theatre trip to see Father Chrithas, Yr 2 visit to Hampton Court, Yr 3 visrt to the Museum of London and Yr 3 theatre trip to see Matilda. Yr 4 went on a theatr8 trip see Lion Kir& while Yr 5 and Yr 6 went to see Wicked. Avondale Extra continue to support reading by buyiro books and magazines, and various reading rewards such as badges, stickers, and reading prizes.
