The Market House is a volunteer run centre working to alleviate rural isolation and deprivation offering the disadvantaged, access to language classes for Migrant workers, a Food Bank distribuition centre both run by Market House Volunteers , access to District Council Customer Services, Citizens Advice Service, adult education opportunities and community groups. It is a Macmillan Cancer Hub.

Objects: To Preserve The Long Sutton Market House And Corn Exchange Situated In Market Street Long Sutton Lincolnshire For The Benefit Of The Public Including Its Use As A Community Centre.to Develop The Capacity And Skills Of Members Of The Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Community Of Long Sutton And Surrounding Area In Such A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society
