Achievements and performance
Summary of the main 2021 saw further covid-related disruption and reduced income as a result achievements of the charity compared to 2019, although there was a gradual return to normality during the year towards the end of the year. The Trust entered the year with healthy cash reserves and during the year received grants from Craven District Council which enabled us to reopen with the main hall floor refinished and purchase a large gazebo for the future. Thanks, are once again due to all Trustees for their contributions during the year for the time they have committed to the Trust during 2021.
Financial review
Brief statement of the We hold cash at bank of £75,411 all of which is unrestricted funds. These charity’s policy on reserves funds are held in order to meet any unforeseen expenditure that may occur, for example the community hall maintenance. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 December 2021.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
