The provision of an adult hospice to serve Louth and the surrounding towns and villages. The provision of hospice at home care and also day care to allow a break for carers. Fundraising to this end via public activities and donations together with fund raising via subsidiary charity shops.

Objects: To Relieve Those Persons In The Louth And District Area Without Limitations Of Race,gender, Disability, Age, Class Or Belief Who Are Suffering Form A Life Threatening Or Terminal Illness By The Provision Of Such Services Otherwise Not Provided By The Local Health Authority; And To Relive The Stresses Experienced By The Families, Carers And Friends In Their Caring For Such Persons;
