**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THOSE PERSONS IN THE LOUTH AND DISTRICT AREA WITHOUT LIMITATIONS OF RACE,GENDER, DISABILITY, AGE, CLASS OR BELIEF WHO  ARE SUFFERING FORM A LIFE THREATENING OR TERMINAL ILLNESS BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES OTHERWISE NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY; AND TO RELIVE THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY THE FAMILIES, CARERS AND FRIENDS IN THEIR CARING FOR SUCH PERSONS;

**Activities:** The provision of an adult hospice to serve Louth and the surrounding towns and villages. The provision of hospice at home care and also day care to allow a break for carers. Fundraising to this end via public activities and donations together with fund raising via subsidiary charity shops.
