Derbyshire Dales CVS provides high quality information, advice, support, training and practical services to the voluntary and community sector in the Derbyshire Dales. The Charity also runs projects that benefit disadvantaged people in Derbyshire Dales and surrounding areas.

To Promote Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Community Primarily, But Not Exclusively, In The Local Government District Of Derbyshire Dales (Hereinafter Called "The Area Of Benefit") And, In Particular, The Advancement Of Education, The Protection Of Health And The Relief Of Poverty, Distress And Sickness2. To Promote And Organise Co-Operation And Partnerships In The Achievement Of The Above Purposes And To That End To Bring Together In Council Representative Of The Voluntary And Other Organisations And Statutory Authorities Within The Area Of Benefit
