Achievements and performance Summary of the main achlevements of the charity during the year Committee members who wished to stand down did so and were replaced by newly elected members of incomings. Those parents whose children remained at the nursery and wished to do so were re-nominated for the committee. We offer 38 weeks of 10 sessions per week inclusive of lunch, which enables the children to attend both moming and aftemoon sessions. At the start of the year in September 2020- 18 children were on the register. by the end of the Summer term in July 2021 this fi'gure had risen to 37. This is a fantastic increase given the challenges still fad due to the Pandemic. The Nursery School continues to be assisted by guidance of the Pre - School Leaming Allian andlor 'Early Years and Childcare ServIs-. The Commrttee with the assistan of the parents raised £1957.00 which given the challenges posed by Covid was very heartening. We were able to hold a virtual Nativity, remote raffles. dress up days and one parent donated a single sum after completing a sponsored walk. All staff have remained committed to continuing training remotely where possible and have contributed towards keeping the nursery a safe space for children to leam and play throughout the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Staff remain enrolled on the 'Noodle Now, training portal to be able to regulady enhance their ieaming and qualifications. All staff have supporting numeracy training. All staff have first aid and paediatric training.
