Independent Examinerfs Report to the Trustees of Robertswood School Parent Teacher Association Charity Number: 1091179 Year Ended.. 30 September 2024 I report to the trustees of Robertswood School Parent Teacher Association (the 'Charity'i on my examination of the accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, which are set out in the accompanying financial statements. Responslbllitles and basls of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 20111 the Act l. I have been appointed as an independent examiner under section 145 of the Act. My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directlons given by the Charity Commission. The examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you, the trustees, concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view,.
