Robertswood School PTA aims to advance the education of pupils at Robertswood School by providlng and assistlng in
the provislon of facllities not normally provided by the local educatlon authority.
b. Achlevements and Perfomiance
Over the year, the PTA successfully held several fundraising events, includin8 a summer fair, bin80 night, Panto night and
Christmas fair. Funds raised were used to support playground improvement5 and classroom resources.
c. Flnantlal Revlew
Total receipts for the year were £48,801.41, wlth payments of £49,781.87, resulting In a net deficit of £980.46. The
closing balance was £19,972.28.
d. Reserves Pollcy
The PTA aims to maintain reserves sufficient to cover planned projects and unexpected expenses.

I report to the trustees of Robertswood School Parent Teacher Association (the 'Charity'i on my
examination of the accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, which are set out in the
accompanying financial statements.
Responslbllitles and basls of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act 20111 the Act l.
I have been appointed as an independent examiner under section 145 of the Act. My examination was
carried out in accordance with the general directlons given by the Charity Commission. The examination
includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts and seeking explanations from you, the trustees, concerning such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view,. The report is
limited to the matters set out below.
Independent Examinerfs Statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
l. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that In any material respect the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with sectlon 130 of the Act; and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting
requirements of the Act
have not been met; or
2. to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
