Section C Objectives and activities
To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by:
- Developing effective relationships between the staff parents and Summary of the objects of the others associated with the school; charity set out in its governing document 2. Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils The charity raises funds to support the children’s educational activities at the school across all key stages. Funds are raised through fundraising activities and events, which also serve to bring the school community together. Main fundraising events: Fireworks, Christmas Fair, May Fair, Summer Social.

Summary of the main Events and fundraising, net of charity administration costs, generated net achievements of the charity cash funds of £18,637. during the year Within the academic year, grants of £17,858 have been made to Stanley Primary School to support projects including furnishing refurbished classrooms, preparing outdoor areas to expand outdoor play space, providing book bags to Reception families, trikes for Pre-school children, upkeep and maintenance of an outdoor living classroom area, donation to year 6 residential trip and leavers activities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 08 / 2025 .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
