We support people experiencing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing problems to understand recovery and move forward with their ambitions. We achieve this by providing a range of support services including lifestyle coaching, group activities, and a range of talking therapies. We provide practical mental wellbeing support through mentoring, courses, volunteering opportunities and support groups.
Objects: To Relieve Persons Resident In The County Borough Of Wrexham Suffering From The Effects Of Mental Illness And/or Having Mental Health Problems And To Enable Such Persons To Obtain Their Full Rights And Privileges As Citizens, By Supporting And Promoting Emotional And Physical Wellbeing
