**Objects:** TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR HAVING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO OBTAIN THEIR FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS, BY SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL WELLBEING

**Activities:** We support people experiencing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing problems to understand recovery and move forward with their ambitions. We achieve this by providing a range of support services including lifestyle coaching, group activities, and a range of talking therapies. We provide practical mental wellbeing support through mentoring, courses, volunteering opportunities and support groups.
