The Tagoreans aim to achieve their objects mainly by staging plays/dance-dramas, poetry recitations; organising lectures, seminars and exhibitions of arts and crafts; by setting up and running schools and classes for the teaching of Bengali language, music and dance and by holding special cultural performances to raise funds for the deserving causes.
Objects: (A) The Advancement Of Education In Indian And Bengali Culture, With Specific Reference To The Life And Work Of The First Indian Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore; (B) The Relief Of Poverty, Sickness And Distress In Any Part Or Parts Of The World Through Such Means As The Executive Committee May From Time To Time Decide.
