The Board has the power to appoint additional trustee, as it considers fit to do so. Every futufe trustees shall be appoiftted by resolution of the tmstees passed at a special meeting andlor in ac¢ordaft¢e with the 8uidelines and procedure laid out bv the Charity Commission. The Committee is appoin¢ed as per the constitution of the trust and served through out the year.
