The trustees of the charity are listed on pa8e l and seThed throu8hout the year. The Board has the power to
appoint additional trustee, as it considers fit to do so. Every futufe trustees shall be appoiftted by resolution
of the tmstees passed at a special meeting andlor in ac¢ordaft¢e with the 8uidelines and procedure laid out bv
the Charity Commission. The Committee is appoin¢ed as per the constitution of the trust and served
through out the year.

The ¢harlty's objects and regulations are regulated by the Constitution. It is establlshed to provlde a centre
wheie the comrnunlty can Bather for worship and celebrate varlous fe5tlvals accordlng lo the Culrure and
provliSe facllitle5 for weddlngs and provlde a pla￿ of Wofshlp where communlty members can vlslt on a r￿ul¥r
ba$15. There have been no changes In the charlty's objects or pollcles durln8 the year.

In line wilh the Charity's objectives. Baba Wadbh38T*Jts continued to provide a centre for the community
to 8athef lor worshlp. The trust buildln8 was compteted and opened lor general publlc from August 2011 and
all the daily and weekly events have been functionin8 since then from new premises.

Cash reserves at the end of the year equated to about 1351% of the normal operatln8 expendlture. The attached
financlal Statements show the current state of affalrs of the flnan¢es, which the cornmlttee consider to be sound,
nd contlnue the pollcy of malnlalnln8 such hlih levels for future prolects and furtherance of the charltles
ctlvltles.
