VONNE increases the effectiveness of the voluntary and community sector in the NE of England by developing networks, offering business support, providing information and communications to and about the sector, and advocating for the sector with statutory agencies and other partners.
Objects: To Promote Such Purposes As Are Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales For The Public In The North East Of England By:providing A Channel Of Information Between Voluntary And Community Organisations And Local Central Government Agencies Or Other Organisations In The Region Providing A Network Of Communication For Voluntary And Community Organisations And Agencies In The Regionbringing Together Representatives Of Voluntary And Community Organisations, Statutory Authorities And Other Agencies In Th E Region To Identify The Funding And Policy Needs Of Voluntary And Community Organisations
