Activities
The education of the public, particularly in the treatment of myeloma, through the promotion of research and the dissemination of results. Also, the relief of persons suffering from myeloma by the development and provision of guidelines for treatment, and promoting an understanding of issues relating to myeloma by encouraging communication between research groups and healthcare professionals.
Objects: 1. The Advancement Of Education Of The General Public, In Particular In The Treatment Of Those Suffering From Myeloma And Related Disorders, Through The Promotion And Conduct Of Research And The Publication And Dissemination Of All Useful Results Of Such Research. 2. The Relief Of Persons Suffering From Myeloma And Related Disorders, In Particular By (a) The Development And Provision Of Policy Guidelines For Their Treatment (b) Promoting An Understanding Of The Issues Relating To Myeloma And Related Diseases By Encouraging Communication And Exchange Of Information Between Research Groups And Healthcare Professionals.
