It is registered as a charity Wlth the Charity Commission. Appolntment of Trustees Trustees are appolnted as set out In the constitutlon. Professlonals and service users wlthln the communlty, who have a personal interest In the charlty, are invited to join the management tommlttee. Nomination forms are completed and applicants are voted onto the committee as apkxoprfate. Commiitee members can also be co- opted when appropriate. The trustees feel it would be Important to ensure that the St￿6￿ could continue at the same level of provision for between 6 - 9 months runnlng costs foltowing the loss or discontinuation of funding to enable time to secure alternative provision.
