The trustees are investing thè Foundation's reserves in a limrted number of collective inve31ment schemes wf(h the objective of further increasing the expendable endowment funds. Strneture. governance and management The Trustees are appointed by the Founder Trustee, until the death of the last of the Founder Trustees. Thereafter the power of appointing a new or additional Iruslee shall be vested in the Trustees. The Trust Deed las amended) provides for a minimum of tsvo Truste85, one of which shId be a Founder Twstee, until the death of the last of the Founder Trustees. Al the seml-annual Trustees, megling. the Trustees agree the broad strategy and areas of adiwty for the Trust, including consideration of grant making, investment, reserves and risk management policies and performance.
