The Ennismore Foundation I'lhe Foundation.) is const((uled under a Trust deed dated 4th May 2000, as
amended on 14th November 2011. The Foundation was registered on 22nd August 20(K) under Registered
Charity number 1082122.
The objects of the Foundation ara that tha Trustees shall hold the Trust fund and rts income upon trust lo apply
them for such charitable purposes as the Trustees in their absolute dis¢xellon from Ilmg to lime think fiL

exercising their powers and duties.
Financial reviÈw and Aehiwemgnts and Perfornmnce
During 2025, the Trusteès aimed to further increase the capital base of the Foundation through the investment
of its reserves whilst making a nvmber of grants lo other charities.
The funds of the Foundation increased lo £13,517,67412024-. £12,794,89n * thè year-end as a result of the
incyease in v81ue tsf the investment portfolio and donations of £84.758 from Ennismore Fund Management

Investmont policy
The investrnent polty Is ￿vIewed annually by the Trustees.
The trustees are investing thè Foundation's reserves in a limrted number of collective inve31ment schemes wf(h
the objective of further increasing the expendable endowment funds.
ReseNes policy
Tha Trustees wish to estab5ish sufficient fvnds lo enabse the Foundation to genèrate income and investment
gains lo promde me8ningful grants in the long term. Maintaining an amount of at least £250,0￿ in bank accounts
and readily realisable investments is cx)nsidered adequate to ¢ovor the current plans and ￿MMitMents.
Strneture. governance and management
The Trustees are appointed by the Founder Trustee, until the death of the last of the Founder Trustees.
Thereafter the power of appointing a new or additional Iruslee shall be vested in the Trustees. The Trust Deed
las amended) provides for a minimum of tsvo Truste85, one of which sh￿Id be a Founder Twstee, until the
death of the last of the Founder Trustees.
Al the seml-annual Trustees, megling. the Trustees agree the broad strategy and areas of adiwty for the Trust,
including consideration of grant making, investment, reserves and risk management policies and performance.
The indudion Pr￿SS for any nthy-appointed Trustee comprises an inrtial meèting with tha Founder Trustee.
The following subjects are deatt with.. investrnant policy, grant making process, powers and responsibilrties of
the Trustee Board. A wpy of the goveming Trust Degd is also gwen.
Prfnclpal Rlsks and Uncertalntky
The Foundth'on is dependent upon Ennismore as the source of donations rece￿ed and. consequently. its future
income is dependent upon the financial position of that company and the willingness of the company lo rnake
further donalKins. The Foundation'$ resèrvès arè invested in shares in collective investment schernes which
invest primarity in equity securities. The value of these investments fluctuates and may fall in value resuming in
a redueAion in the Foundation's reserves.

The Ennismore Foundation is a charity regist8red in England and Wales. The Foundation conslilules a
public benefrt entity as defined by FRS 102. The financial statements have been prepared in a¢xordan¢e
with Accounting and Reporting by Charit&es: Slalement of Recommended Practice applicable to
tharities preparing their accounts in a¢¢ordance wllh the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the
UK and Republic of Irèland IFRS 1021 issued in Octobèr 2019. the Financial Reporting Standards
applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Irèland IFRS 1021, tha Charities Aci 2011 and UK
Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.
Items are recognised al cost or transaction value unles3 otherwise ststed in the relevant note lo the
accounts.
The trustees consider that there are no rnaleri81 un¢ettainties aboutthg Foundation's ability to continue

The Funding Network ITFNI offers small grass roo15 organisations working for socNI change. the
opportunty lo present at a live crowd funding event with an audience of potential donors. The
Foundation has been supporting the Funding Netr40rk since 2007 w¢th ￿re funding and also by
donating at many of their 8v8nts. The TFN philosophy closely aligns with the Foundation'5 and the
Foundation ha5 now supported over 180 charities through their live crowd funding events. Some

the other from 4th September 2025. During the year, EnniSmo￿ donated £84,758 to the Foundation

representing advances on expected ftjlure don*ions}.
The Foundation hotds investments in funds managed by Ennismore. These investments are on the
same tgmis as apply to other investors in these funds.

The expendable endowmenl fund represents those assets which may be held to provide increases in
market value. The fund may be spent at the dlscretlon of the Trustees.
