ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST AUGUST 2025

The Trustees present their report and the accounts of the association for the year from 1st September 2024 to 31st August 2025. The association (FoBPS) is registered with the Charity Commission, number 1081392.

Objectives and activities

The objectives of the association, as set out in its governing constitution, is to advance the education of the pupils attending Bickley Primary School.

The trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.

Achievements and Performance

Fundraising efforts in the school year 2024/2025 have been aimed at giving additional financial assistance to the school. The funds for providing such benefits to the children came from a variety of organised events such as Christmas and Summer Fairs, discos, movie night and gifts for children to purchase for Christmas, Mothers and Fathers day.

Financial Review With the monies raised, the committee chose to purchase a number of various items for the school as listed in section 5 (total of £26,947.85), such as Gym outdoor equipment, TV screen for Hall and school trips.

FoBPS started this new year with a healthy balance of £17,922.38, which has helped to plan and run new initiatives such as the Pantomine and prepare the Christmas fair.

Structure, Governance and Management

The charity’s trustees are the members of the association’s management committee. Committee members are elected at the Annual General Meeting and serve for one year. Those who served on the management committee for 2024/2025 are as follows:
