The main activity undertaken by the Foundation is the collection of donations from parents of current and former students of Rickmansworth School. Donations are made either as one off payments or regular gifts by parents. The donations received are then used to improve the school setting in accordance with the objectives of the Foundation. |

Para 1.20 | During the year, the Foundation collected donations totalling £29,712 and was able to supplement this through the application of Gift Aid on eligible donations of £5,784. In combination with using some of its reserves brought forward, the Foundation was able to support Rickmansworth School by way of capital grants of £47,000 towards new roofs for the school and the sums were transferred in September 2022. |

| I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 08 / 2022 |
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
