The object of the Academy is to promote interest and enjoyment of musical performance in young people of varying abilities through participation in public concerts, displays and competitions.
Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Theory, Practice, And Appreciation Of Music, In Particular But Not Exclusively, By Providing A Facility For Young People And Adults To Learn To Play Musical Instruments, And By The Presentation Of Public Concerts.
