The Trustees anticipate that this will be completed durlng the 2025126 year. A strategic revlew has been initiated {led by a trustee with experience of strateglc plannlng), almlng to glve a clear and agreed future direction across the organisation. There has also been a self-analysis of Trustee skllls, which has revealed gaps that will feed into the recruitment process for additional trustees In the next year. On the positive side, our webinars remain extremely popular and are a source of new members. Our recent conferences have had record numbers of attendees with great feedback.
