UCLH Charitable Foundation is the main fundraising charity for key research, building and equipment projects for University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Objects: To Promote The Relief And Prevention Of Sickness And Disease Throughout The World And To Advance Medical Education Throughout The World By Making Grants Of Money Primarily, But Not So As To Relieve The Health Authority Of Its Statutory Obligations, To The University College London Hospitals But Also To Any Hospital, Institution Or Organisation Established To Preserve And Protect Health And To Advance Medical Education As The Council Of Management Think Fit Or Towards Any One Or More Of The Following Purposes:(a) The Purchase Of New Equipment And The Replacement And Renewal Of Existing Equipment; (B) The Maintenance And Running Costs Of Such Equipment; (C) The Purchase Development Alterations Renewal Refurbishment Or Equipment Of Premises To Meet New Advances In Medical Treatment And Technology; (D) The Education Of Staff; (E) The Employment Of Staff; (F) The Payment Of General Expenses; (G) Medical Research And The Publication Of The Useful Results Thereof
