To Promote Equality And Good Relations Between The Diverse Communities Of The Greater London Boroughs By Initiating Projects And Activities Aimed At Promotion Of Cross-Cultural Communication, Understanding, And Friendship Amongst Different Communities.5. To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society, By The Provision Of Training, Performance, Music, And Other Projects And Activities.6. To Relieve The Aged, Particularly Those From The Russian Community.7. To Protect And Preserve Public Health By The Provision Of Advice.
