NN16 OAZ Obje¢ts and Goveming Documents: The Charity was established undei the Scheme sealed by the Charity Commission on 29 August 1995 and formerty known as the Church Lands in the Ecclesiaslic31 Parish of St Edmund Warkton in the County of Northamptonshire compiised in a declaration made under the Incvmbenls and Churchwardens (Truslsl Measure 1964 on 24 February 1981 to apply the income towards the improvements, upkeep and repair ol the Parish Church of St Edmund Warkton and lo further the religious and other charitable work of Ihe Church of England in the said ecclesiastical parish. The Pelerborough Diocesan Boaid of Finance is the Custodian Trustee and the present Managing Trustees are Reverend Mark Wesley Lucas. lan Firth Wilson and James E￿ard Lamb. INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF WARKTON CHURCH CHARITY This report on the accounts of the Warkton Church Charty for the year ended 31st De￿mber 2023, which are sel out on pages 1 to 6, Is in respect of an examination caffied out under the Church Accountsng Regulatbons 20C6 and s.144121 of the Chani*s Act 2011. Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner The charity's tnjstees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
