NN16 OAZ Obje¢ts and Goveming Documents: The Charity was established undei the Scheme sealed by the Charity Commission on 29 August 1995 and formerty known as the Church Lands in the Ecclesiaslic31 Parish of St Edmund Warkton in the County of Northamptonshire compiised in a declaration made under the Incvmbenls and Churchwardens (Truslsl Measure 1964 on 24 February 1981 to apply the income towards the improvements, upkeep and repair ol the Parish Church of St Edmund Warkton and lo further the religious and other charitable work of Ihe Church of England in the said ecclesiastical parish. The Pelerborough Diocesan Boaid of Finance is the Custodian Trustee and the present Managing Trustees are Reverend Mark Wesley Lucas. lan Firth Wilson and James E￿ard Lamb. DLJring the year the Trustees have revwled their investment policies through Ihe Di0￿san Board of Finance and the use ol the Brokers Nominee Seryice lo manage the portfolio and have made grants towards the repair. Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner The charity's tnjstees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
