Firstly we publish and distribute a subscription based magazine lo residents through a network of volunteers who deliver to the individual addresses. Secondly we arrange events during the year including a Halloween Children's Disco, a Christmas Craft Fair and an annual two week Festival in June comprising various events and which becomes the highlight event in our calendar. Thirdly we act as an umbrella organisation to local affiliated groups who include Churches, CharFty organisations, Sports and other Local Interest Groups. Section D Achievements and performance Our Lisvane Link magazine is distributed each month to approximately 1,000 households by a team of 70 volunteers. This carries articles and advertising from various local groups and we are grateful for the efforts made by everyone involved. Summary of the main achievements ofthe charlty during the year Our primary event during the year was the Festival in June which is always extremely FX)pular. There were varsous individual events involved including a successful fete attended by 41500 people which alone demonstrates the standing we enjoy within the local community. We have 29 groups who also affiliate with us and who regularfy submit articles to the Link magazine outlining details of their past and upcoming activities. TAR March 2012
