In addition to the three Trustees we maintsin a Committee of 12
individuals who manage all our activities, inclusive of the publication and
distribution of our monthly magazine, and the arrangement of various
activities throughout the year.

We hold regular meetings at which reports of activities are submitted and
ilems such as grants and donations are agreed. We also conduct an AGM
at which we agree updates as necessary to the committee membership.
We are independent but also work alongside Lisvane Community Council
and Lisvane Old School Community Centre.
Everyone involved with LCA operales on a voluntary basis.

To operate within Lisvane Village as a community association for the
benefrt of all local residents.

Firstly we publish and distribute a subscription based magazine lo
residents through a network of volunteers who deliver to the individual
addresses.
Secondly we arrange events during the year including a Halloween
Children's Disco, a Christmas Craft Fair and an annual two week Festival
in June comprising various events and which becomes the highlight
event in our calendar.
Thirdly we act as an umbrella organisation to local affiliated groups who
include Churches, CharFty organisations, Sports and other Local Interest
Groups.

Achievements and performance
Our Lisvane Link magazine is distributed each month to approximately
1,000 households by a team of 70 volunteers. This carries articles and
advertising from various local groups and we are grateful for the efforts
made by everyone involved.
Summary of the main
achievements ofthe charlty
during the year
Our primary event during the year was the Festival in June which is
always extremely FX)pular. There were varsous individual events involved
including a successful fete attended by 41500 people which alone
demonstrates the standing we enjoy within the local community.
We have 29 groups who also affiliate with us and who regularfy submit
articles to the Link magazine outlining details of their past and upcoming
activities.

All our income and expenditure is directly in line with our objectives and

Lisvane remains as a village cornmunity to the north east of Cardiff. We maintain a total membership of
approximately 1 .000 residents but also work to extend this throughout Ihe substantial building developmenl
that is currently taking place.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (llhe Trust.) for the year ended 3110812024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

I report in respect of my examinalion of the Trust's accounts carried out
