Section C Ob"ectives and activities To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Springfield and Sutton area and the neighbourhood together, defined by the ward boundaries without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, ra or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advan education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. Section D Achievements and performance The Chair thanked all members of the Commrtte for their continued support over the past twelve months, with again special thanks to Sue and Stefan for looking after the Centre and keeping it in top condition. Financially we remain in a veryhealthy posrtion as bookings have been consistently high over the past year. The Board are please that they have been able to use some of their funds to support the community by providing a defibrillator which is attached to the outside of the Centre. Thanks were offered to Sam Richards for her wort( in issuing the invoices each month.
