Section C Ob ectives and activities The object of the Charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall, recreation ground and facilities ancillary thereto for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Roade. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The hall has continued to attract hirings, including a large number of children's, parties. and there are regular bookings every weekday. Section E Financial review The trustees propose to maintain the charity s reserves at a level which is at least equivalent to six months operational expenditure and have done so having regards to its manner of operation of likely funding streams. The trustees review, on a quarterly basis, the amount of reserves that are required to ensure that they are adequate to fulfil the charity's continuing obligations.
