The object of the Charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall, recreation ground and facilities ancillary thereto for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Roade.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
The trustees propose to maintain the charity’s reserves at a level which is at least equivalent to six months operational expenditure and have done so having regards to its manner of operation of likely funding streams. The trustees review, on a quarterly basis, the amount of reserves that are required to ensure that they are adequate to fulfil the charity’s continuing obligations.
