The significant reStric￿d fund loss for the y¢ar has sirnply arisen du¢ ￿ th¢ sp¢nding of ArtSpe¥k and DIP monies ttceived previously. In the case of ArtSpe¥K the net SPUMI in the year was £100.015. &8 project delivery continued thd tncrea5ed. pandemic. Re5¢rves poliey The Trustees have reviewed th¢ CItari￿$ ne¢d for res¢rve5 ID line with the guidw issued by the Charity CommisS10n. The Trusiees have also undertaken a financial ri$k &sessmeni that examines poiential liabiliiies (stsff. contracts and le8se5) and as5els O>oth current and fixed).
