Covid 2021 - 22 At the start of this finonciol year, we were still impocled by Covid ond lockdowns. We were working horcl to keep up wilh the doy-to-doy monogemenl of the organi501ion ond the delivery of its projects. We started the year with our rental and shop income Severely impacted bul wilh some Covid funding to supp1 us. Covid ond supply choin issues affected the builders which in turn alfecled our iedevelopmenl timeloble. Our usual income stream5 were lost ond we were very grateful for the stalulory and choriloble funding we received. which enabled us not only lo survive the period of closure. but also lo be able to plon for the future.
