Objects: 1) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of North Kensington And The Neighbourhood (Hereinafter Called "The Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Relieve Poverty, To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure - Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants2) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Play And Other Facilities (Including Play Facilities) To Help And Educate Children And Young People Under The Age Of 21 Years Who Are Resident Or Attend Schools In The North Kensington District Of The Royal Borough Of Kensington And Chelsea To Develop Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Capacities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society
