Para 1.21 At the end of the last financial year
the club had £12,295 in the current
account and £61,991 on deposit,
over the year the club’s account’s
show a surplus of £6151.During the
year we had 5691 swims and 8939
lessons completed
Over the year income excluding
grants is up just over £10,000 we
received a £57,071 grant from the
swimming pool support fund for a
new pool roller and solar panels
and £1000 from the parish council
for CCTV
Major expenses for the year include
£2773 for new dry side windows,
£773 to replace a broken widow
which were reimbursed for, £41514
for the solar panels. £15,602 for the
new pool roller.
Our oil usage last year was down
14% at £8469 helped by the new
pool roller and lower prices. The
electric bill is down up 9% at £9576
owing to higher prices, this does
not show reflect the current
savings of the solar which is
mainly in summer.Our electric
account is currently £1200 in credit
and the direct debit has dropped
from £729 last May to £434 this
May.The solar panels produced
55% of our electric in April and 40%
since the start of the year.the full
effects of the panels will show after
the summer.
