The Foundation engages with legal systems across the world where it considers that the proposed engageinent can ad￿ance its charitable objectives. In ihis year. Ihese included Brunei Darussalain, China, Cyprus, Ihe Western Balkans and Saudi Arabia (where il is working in cotbjuiiclion with the British ETnbassy). The Foundation also h¢ld an Open Forurn ¢v¢nt in London focusing on Ukraine. Following ihe Foundation's adoption ot. changes to the constitution in relation to length of service the Board's Skills diversity was reviewed, and a decision taken to hold a furiher open recruitment for Trustees in February ?024 resulting in two additional Iruslees beiiig appointed to the Board, Rogei. Coventry CMG aiid Professor David Oniierod KC who took up their roles at a meeting of the Board of Tn]stees on ihe 23rd of April 2024.
