BNENC works with all members of the community from birth to old age and provides facilities that were previously denied one of the poorest communities in the country. Providing childrens facilities as a nursery, youth projects, support for community groups, residents associations, church and school groups, health services, prevention/relief of poverty, armed force/emergency services efficiency.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Shall Be Exclusively Charitable And Shall Be To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Northerly Part Of Liverpool With Emphasis On The Breckfield Ward (Herein Called " The Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Age, Sex, Race, Political Or Other Opinions By Associating Local And Statutory Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants
